19 December is Sevastopol auction 24.11.2008
19 December in Sevastopol will be land auction. There will be 12 plots. Sergey Kunitsin signed the order “About confirmation plots’ list which are for sale in auctions”.
Also he signed the decree “About confirmation plots’ list of state property, purchase the right of rent which are on the auction as separate lots”. In list are 27 plots which are under administration order. According to Kunitsin words there plots are also should be on the auction.
There are a lot of plots which were given earlier but which are without work. That is why now the Statement about order on the secondary market is under development. The main point is to come to secondary market and help those who do not know what to do with their plots, till to forming investment packages and sale.
