Foreign investors are interested in purchase of finished property in Ukraine or objects on the finishing stage of construction. Before plots with conception were more attractive for them.
The interest to Ukrainian property market from the side of European side is still preserved. However, the most restrictive factors for investments is unstable political situation in Ukraine and high level of corruptness of government.
For today the majority of foreign operators look the opportunity of coming to Ukrainian market preferable through franchising partners, as they do not want to risk their fund.
