The law about anti crisis actions in construction adopted 16.12.2008
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the legislative № 3354 “About anti crisis actions in construction of property”.
The purpose of adopted legislative act is stabilization of construction area, providing citizens with rights who need state support.
In accordance with article 2 the state support of construction of property which is made by payment of state 30% from the cost. Other part of the payment should be done by citizens who concluded the contracts of construction and got property with state support – for their own means or mortgage.
The legislative is foreseen the investments objects, ways of cheap of cost, demands to banks – participants of the program and the regulation of rent of property, for the term of this law limited by size to 10% from straight expenditures from construction and limited level of profitability 10% in cost of materials.
